Take me home...

Me:  Hello Mr Snowman.  You are so gorgeous and happy!
Me to Mr Mac:  Isn't he fab?  Do you like him?
Mr Mac:  Don't we already have one just like him?
Me:  No? (with sad face and look of disappointment)

The shelf was empty when I went back to get him, without Mr Mac.

I am sure he went to a lovely home, all warm and cosy with lots of family and friends to keep him company.

Merry Christmas to you, wherever you are... x

I love Christmas...

Freshly designed and handmade in my tiny home studio in the UK.

I love to draw new designs with good old-fashioned paper and pencil.

The colourful felt pieces are cut by hand and then sewn together by hand with much patience, care and love.

No machinery involved at all.

That's what makes me happy... x

Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year, along with Valentine's Day, of course.

Here are the latest additions to my collection of cute and colourful handmade Christmas decorations.

Oh welcome, dear Christmas Tree...

My favourite little shop...

In a fabulous little place called Bellagio which is situated on Lake Como in Italy... Our favourite place to spend a holiday x

Whenever and wherever we go, we love to buy a decoration or two for our Christmas tree. It's the most spoilt tree we know.

Going to Italy in May we thought it would be too early to find any decorations...

But we discovered this wonderful shop full of handmade glass gifts and Christmas decorations.

The lovely lady let me take some photos for my blog.
So here I am sharing my secret find with you...

You must visit or maybe you have already been there too...

I Vetri di Bellagio
Via Garibaldi, 41/60
22021 Bellagio
Como
Italy

We couldn't resist popping in more than once and were unable to leave without buying a little something each time...

I loved all the cute fused glass trees, stockings, snowflakes, snowmen and nativity characters.

An upside-down Christmas tree draped in delicate glass garlands...

I love these colourful glass balloons too. Take me home...

Arrivederci! See you soon... x

I know it's only June, but I'm already getting into the Christmas mood and plan to make more of my own cute decorations.

Hope you like them...

Merry Christmas to you...

Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas filled with joy and loveliness.

Here is a photo of the most delicious Christmas trees ever.
Huge towers made of marshmallows and sprinkled with edible gold glitter.

See them at Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe in Windsor.

Guess who we saw...

When we decided to take a short walk in the soft and fluffy snow to the local garden centre.

Here is a little clue...

In a cosy log cabin hidden amongst all the trees and fabulous decorations...

We found Mr and Mrs Santa Claus!

Only 3 more sleeps 'til Christmas...

You can personalise a set of handmade Mr and Mrs Love Hearts for a special couple with their memorable date on the reverse too.

Christmas baubles galore...

From the moment I saw this amazingly decorated Christmas tree, I knew I would have to go back the very next day with my camera.

It is covered from top to toe with so many colourful baubles and fairy lights.

Here is a close-up of the fabulous decorations.

Have you seen this special tree too?
You can find it in Maidenhead.

Hope you love it too... x

How many more sleeps to go...?

I have been busy making lots of cute Christmas decorations for sale online and at local craft and gift fairs.

Hope you like my special tree.

Please let me know which is your favourite and I will make some more.

Have you started making too?
